Winter/Spring Recreation Programs – Registration Open

The City of Coronado’s Winter / Spring Recreation Brochure is out! Coronado residents will have received a copy of this 64-page guide to fun in their home mailbox! Also, it is posted online on The City of Coronado’s website with a new look!

Check out the new programs offered this winter including the Pee Wee Sports Skills class for parents and tots. New for preschoolers is the Tiny Tasters and Crafters and Book and Cook classes. For children in grades 1 through 5 there are new after school classes including Park and Playground Palooza and adventure classes. Volleyball, Cartoon Character Sketch and Math-a-magicians are also new. Everyone’s favorite returning classes include sports, dance, gymnastics, aquatics, crafts, cooking, science, skateboard, rock climbing, jump rope, surfing and enrichment classes.

Popular classes to sign up for quickly are after-school Slime Science Class for grades 1 through 5 on Wednesdays. and Slime Time One Day Workshops on Feb 28, March 19, April 12 and May 7. Check out our Cooking and a Movie: Parents Night Out Event or join in a class with your child and register for The Holiday Cooking Classes for Adults and Children.
