If you’re looking for activities for your child, know that a new session of classes begin the week of November 26, 2018. The City of Coronado Recreation and Golf Services host a variety of programs in subjects from science to sports. We have every age and interest covered.
At Babies, Tots and Kinder Keeping Tempo, little ones sing, dance and tap to the beat in this active Monday morning class. Additional music and movement classes for the littlest ones and their parents include Kinderdance and Kindertots. Practice balancing on beams, swinging from bars and tumbling in Gymnastics. This class is open to boys and girls age 3-17, and is held in the Community Center Gymnasium.
Youth Basketball begins soon! Take the class or join the league. Eight to eleven year olds are learning to dribble, pass and shoot in the Youth Basketball Class. Future chefs learn to chop, mix and prepare dishes in the after school class, Kids in the Kitchen. This class give children opportunities to hone practical cooking skills and cultivates a life-long love for culinary arts.
