Registration for Coronado Summer Enrichment through the Schools Foundation is still going strong; make sure to enroll your children grades K-12 in the fun and engaging program. Classes run in three 1-week sessions from June 14th-July 1st – but don’t wait! Early bird pricing ends on May 23rd.
This year includes returning favorites such as Beginning Guitar (4th-8th), Cut Throat Kitchen (6th-12th), Amazing Artists (3rd-5th), Wacky Science (1st-3rd & 3rd-5th), Brain Busters (3rd-5th), and more. Take the same classes again with new projects or try classes that are altogether new this year, including Crime Solving Chemistry and Forensics (6th-8th) with CMS’ Mr. Ramirez, Looming/Knitting (1-3 & 4-8) with Ms. Rogale, Fitness and Fluency (K-3) with Mrs. Roberts & Ms. Amon, Music Appreciation (9-12) with Mr. Pondrum, Kids Fitness Club (3rd-5th) with Bonnie McCann, Navigating Middle School (6th) and It’s Up for Debate (3rd-5th & 6th-8th) with Ms. Cotten, PLUS Beginning and Intermediate Band (3rd-8th) with Devin Burnworth, an extension of the very popular before-school band program at Silver Strand and Village with Mr. Burnworth and Mr. Heinecke.
Sign up for one, two, or all three weeks. There are also three classes which run for the entire three weeks – CoSA Musical Theatre & Drama (5th-12th), SAT Test Prep (9th-12th), and new this year, Common App (11th-12th) with Mr. Hoang.
