“Tammy” in Theaters Now

Melissa McCarthy does it again. Tammy is a comedy about how Tammy (McCarthy) hits the road with her alcoholic grandmother after being fired from her job and finding out that her husband was unfaithful. Tammy and her grandmother have one goal: to have fun. They take a few wrong turns, rob a store, blow things up, and end up in jail a few times, but they find the adventure they needed to turn their lives around. In the end, all the adventure and fun helps Tammy decide if she wants to keep living her boring life in the town she grew up in, or if she wants to move away and begin a new life. “The movie was more heartfelt than I expected, but at the same time really funny.” movie watcher Madeline Hill said.
