CHA’s Wine & Lecture This Friday

‘The Old Missions of Baja & Alta California’

During Friday’s Wine & Lecture on Friday (March 20) at the Coronado Historical Association, Author/Publisher Max Kurillo will present a fast-paced, entertaining program covering the founding of all 48 California missions (1697-1835) in 30 minutes. His company, M & E Books of El Cajon, published a detailed guide to the missions in 2014, as a spiral-bound, easy-to-use reference. Copies will be available for sale and signing after the lecture.

All Wine & Lecture events take place on a Friday evening, starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Lecture Hall of the Coronado Museum, 1100 Orange Avenue. These lectures are free; wine is available for $5 per glass. No RSVP required, but seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
