Coronado Real Estate Market continues to reflect high demand which is also mirrored throughout the county. Coronado Shores Co. continues to monitor the market to better assist our clients, whether they are landlords, buyers or sellers. The demand for rentals continues to be strong with more and more demand for short term properties for the summer months. We are continuously adding new properties and would love to offer our services to those interested on and off the island.
From the resale perspective the market appears to be placing an increasing premium on homes. We have been seeing an even deeper decline in properties for sale in recent weeks. Note that declining inventory alone does not signal a strengthening market, but this combined with an increase demand from families that have decided to permanently move to Coronado, have created an even more competitive market. Our market is not just based on local demand, but also demand from our international clients. We noticed that changes in foreign governments tend to affect our local demand.
The market continues to get hotter. More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices. Current supply and demand levels show no sign of prices changing from their current trend. We will continue to monitor the market and will remain available if you need our services.
