Teddy Bear Drive is Live!

Help Chamber and Police Department Reach Goal of 1,500 Donations

The Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Coronado Police Department on their Annual Teddy Bear Drive, set to coincide with the Chamber’s Annual Holiday Parade. The Law Enforcement Teddy Bear Drive began in 1990 by Officer Brian Hardy of the Coronado Police Department, and 26 years later it’s grown from one officer with 12 teddy bears to more than 100 officers representing 15 agencies. But it’s still not enough stuffed animals for Rady Children’s Hospital, which is why we’re asking Coronado for help in reaching our goal of 1,500 bears this year! Get those stuffed animals ready to donate at one of many amazing local businesses. Read the full list below to see where you can donate…and how you can win!
