Community Voices: Another “entitled” dog owner…

In spite of the six or so signs that clearly ban them, dog owners in growing numbers are adopting our beautiful Star Park as, not only a convenient bathroom and recreation area for their canine companions, but now apparently it’s a grooming parlor too.

This photo is only a portion of a much larger area where someone apparently brushed out their big white dog, and left all the tufts of hair littered all over the park, (right next to two trash cans) for the rest of us to “enjoy.”
