Citizens Climate Lobby is headquartered in Coronado. Susan and Charlie Higgins and Pam and Marshall Saunders, Coronado residents, just returned from the group’s international conference in Washington, DC. CCL is a nonprofit, grassroots advocacy organization focused on national policies to address climate change. They train and support volunteers to reclaim their democracy and engage elected officials and the media to generate the political will for solutions that will stabilize the Earth’s climate. This is their story, told through the eyes of volunteers and staff.
