LAMB’S Hit Cowboy Revue “CHAPS!” Gets One Final Extension

Lamb’s Players Theatre has announced the final extension of CHAPS!. The company’s spring musical hit will end its run May 26.

“This one surprised us,” commented LAMB’S Producing Artistic Director, Robert Smyth. “But an awful lot of people are hungry for a good laugh and some great music right about now. And when do you get the chance to hear all those iconic cowboy songs performed live…and by such a gifted cast?”

Next up for LAMB’S is the return of MIXTAPE, the theatre’s hit revue of the music, the dance and the fashion of the 1980s. Specially discounted early previews have been added for that show which will begin June 12. MIXTAPE, by Jon Lorenz & Colleen Kollar Smith with Kerry Meads, premiered in 2010 at the Horton Grand Theatre where it ran for over 3 years. This will be its first run at Lamb’s Players Theatre in Coronado.
