In June of 2012, Fabrison’s French Creperie opened its Coronado location at 1120 Adella Avenue. Earlier this year the Coronado location closed its doors due to updates to the interior of the restaurant to be completed by the landlord. Currently, the landlord is working with the City of Coronado to meet code regulations so that the space can be reopened.
The Coronado Times spoke with Fabrison’s owner, Fabrice Borel, and he confirmed that they will not be returning to Coronado. Instead, he will focus on the other two locations: Little Italy and Jamul.
