CORONADO The Navy agreed Friday to extend the public comment period on plans it has to significantly increase exercises at the Silver Strand Training Complex.
Concerned residents and others now have until March 30 to review the potential impacts to changes at the training complex in southern Coronado outlined in an 800-page Environmental Impact Statement. The original comment period ended Tuesday.
