While walking past Del yesterday, noticed about 6 or 7 odd looking birds on stands on Windsor Lawn. I asked a Del employee about it and was told they are TETHERED vultures who are placed there for the day to scare Seagulls away. Apparently gulls have been diving into some Sheerwater food and hence, the vultures are used to scare the gulls. Just wondering….how does this fit with animal rights?
