Coronado, CA (October 17, 2011) The City of Coronado and a group of retired naval officers plan to honor four wounded service members, as well as their doctors, nurses and other caregivers, at a special reception Sunday, November 13.
The reception caps the second annual “Wounded Warriors: Only a Bridge Away” event, a year-round effort to provide relief to severely wounded, ill or injured service members with tickets to sporting events, dinner and movie packages, and weekend getaways.
