An upper floor broken sprinkler caused flooding in the building located on 875 Orange Avenue last Friday afternoon resulting in water damage to the offices of Willis Allen Real Estate. Everyone is working together to have the space resorted as quickly as possible. Crews were swiftly on the scene and repairs are under way. Willis Allen Realtors did not miss a beat according to Branch Manager Leslie Kilpatrick, “With the support of the Willis Allen family, we were able to get all of our agents situated quickly. Much of our work is mobile and done in the field these days. We are cloud based with back up systems for all paper documents. We are grateful to have nearby Willis Allen offices and tremendous support from our fellow Realtors here in Coronado.”
The reconstruction will begin by the end of this week. “We look forward to our Grand Re-Opening in the very near future,” said Kilpatrick.
