Doodle Bailey’s Platform:

  1. To open all parks & beaches to dogs without leashes, everyday.
  2. To limit humans at parks & beaches during noon to 5:00pm hours only. Humans must wear their muzzle at all times.
  3. For the city to sponsor dog day afternoons every Sunday in Spreckels Park with free bones, bowls of adult drinking water & an obstacle course set up for the pups.
