All Good Things Must Come to an End

Submitted by Brant Sarber

Sadly, after 19 fun years, Costa Azul will be closing its doors at 1031 Orange Ave.  Over the years, our Costa family has been blessed with many great friendships and many great memories. It has been an honor to share in your hail & farewells, wedding celebrations, birthday dinners and all the many other events that mark the times of our lives. It has been fun to watch your children grow and in some cases steer them through the learning curves of their first jobs.

As with any successful team, it is a group effort. We would like to thank all of our awesome front and back of the house employees for their care and hard work in creating a family restaurant that is part of the Coronado culture.

We thank you again for your longstanding support. Please come by to say farewell, we will be open for business until the end of the month [of August].

We are not yet ready to say goodbye and are looking to reimagine Costa at a new location on our island. We look forward to seeing you down the road, both in the future and over at Island Pasta.
