Coronado’s Prices & Changes are a Shame

I have stopped coming to Coronado for several reasons:

  • increased costs for lodging….The Del has gone through so many ownership [changes] and prices have skyrocketed.  Other local hotels are over-priced too, especially during high season.
  • cost of gas, groceries and other items are ridiculous on Coronado and limited in availability.
  • The Del has eliminated certain annual events and put in new ones that just don’t cut it for me.
  • travel to and from Coronado/San Diego has become a nightmare in travel time.

Bottom Line:  Coronado has priced itself out.  A shame because it is a special place.
