EDCO Christmas Tree Recycling

CURBSIDE:

Those living in single-family residences may place their tree inside their green-waste cart on your regular collection day from December 26, 2015 through January 8, 2016.

To prepare your Christmas tree for recycling—including flocked trees—simply remove all ornaments, tinsel and the tree stand. Cut the tree in half if taller than 4-feet and place inside your green-waste cart.

You can also recycle other organic decorations, such as garland and wreathes, as well as wood (no pressure-treated or lead-base painted wood), in your designated green-waste cart.

DROP OFF:

Drop-off sites will also be available from December 26, 2015 through January 10, 2016 at the following locations:

Glorietta Bay Boat Ramp – Parking Lot off Strand Way

Coronado Cays – Parking lot across from the Fire Station on Grand Caribe Causeway

Drop-off locations are for CHRISTMAS TREES ONLY. Christmas trees do not need to be cut down for recycling at drop-off locations.
