  1. My husband has a car that has been in a car museum twice and would like to display it in a car show connected with the upcoming NASCAR race at Coronado. Have you heard of any car show in development? Thank you, Mary Rose

  2. My hope is that they will do it in the professional manner that the historic races were held in the early days years ago. There were grandstands, a paddock to walk through, vip lounges with covered grandstand type seating, food, restrooms, libations. It was really a nice venue until it started deteriorating through lack of investment. I don’t think it was lack of interest. But it was a weekend affair. Car show and contest, parking for all on the base, a great course that all could see even though a few areas were rough and a little annoying for the drivers. Our family loved it and came for years. I’m hopeful this is the beginning of a great relationship between NASCAR and Coronado. And I really don’t even watch oval track NASCAR but I’ll show up for this.

  3. Excited to see NASCAR coming to Coronado! It’s about time we get some thrilling races in our area. Can’t wait for June 2026!
