Calling all goblins and ghouls…
The Halloween community surfing event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 30 at Shipwrecks Beach at 5pm. Grab your surfboard and favorite costume and join the horde of monsters as day becomes night.
No registration is needed, but prizes will be awarded for the costume contest.
