Seeing Contemporary Art with Fresh Insight Part 2
2024/10/11 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm PDT
$5 – $7Back by Popular Demand!
We invite you to delve deeper into the vibrant world of public art in San Diego! Join us on October 11 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the John D. Spreckels Center for an engaging presentation by staff from the San Diego Art Institute.
In this interactive session, you’ll discover remarkable public art pieces created by local artists. The presentation will offer an insider’s perspective on these incredible works while “deconstructing” contemporary art, helping you appreciate it in new ways.
The fee for this presentation is $5 for residents and $7 for non-residents, or $7 at the door. Reserve your seat in advance by visiting www.coronado.ca.us/civicrec, calling 619-522-7343, or stopping by the Spreckels Center front desk at 1019 Seventh St. Don’t miss this opportunity to enrich your understanding of contemporary art!
