Babysitter Training: Child care & safety skills
January 16 @ 9:30 am - 1:30 pm PST
Babysitter Training will be held on Friday, January 16 (a CUSD school holiday) from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Community Center for youth ages 11-16. This Child and Babysitter Safety class is a community education program that covers essential child safety and basic infant and child care skills, including sitter safety, infant and child feeding, diapering procedures, recognizing emergencies, child and infant CPR, and basic first aid for children. Participants will receive a digital download of the course booklet, a Babysitter Certificate from the American Health & Safety Institute, and an Infant/Child CPR certificate of participation upon completion.
