Bay Clean Up, Operation Clean Sweep

FreeJoin Emerald Keepers volunteers on Saturday, August 23 from 8 to 10 am to clean up the bay at the Ferry Landing.
Emerald Keepers will be cleaning up the shoreline along San Diego Bay in conjunction with San Diego Working Waterfront’s Operation Clean Sweep.
During the cleanup, Michael Arens, CEO of Clean Earth Rovers, will be demonstrating the Rover AVPro, an electric marine skimmer that collects trash as well as chemical contaminants.
Stop by, help out and check out the Rover. Look for the Emerald Keepers flag in the Il Fornaio parking lot.
Bring work gloves and buckets and pickers if you have them. Emerald Keepers will have extras on hand.
Come for all two hours or just part of the time. It’s a great way to start off the day and meet other Emerald Keepers. See you there!
