Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) crews will begin pavement work to rehabilitate sections of Orange Avenue (State Route 75) on Tuesday, November 13. The Caltrans’ contractor plans to complete the repair work in up to four consecutive nights with minor striping and pavement markings to follow. Construction will be done from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Southbound Orange Avenue – 6th Street to Adella Avenue
- Northbound Orange Avenue – 10th Street to Adella Avenue
Flaggers will be directing traffic using one-way traffic control. Changeable message signs will alert motorists to the work and potential delays.
Caltrans reminds drivers to ‘Be Work Zone Alert’ by avoiding distracted driving, paying constant attention to traffic, and slowing down when approaching work zones.
