Taste of Nobu at The Del

$335The Hotel del Coronado is hosting a rare, immersive evening alongside Chef Nobu for Taste of Nobu on Friday, September 11 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Taking place on the Paseo Lawn overlooking the ocean, the 21+ event will invite guests to mingle with Chef Nobu while enjoying unlimited tastings of his signature dishes, including:
- Black cod miso
- Yellowtail jalapeño
- Wagyu dumplings
- Hand rolls
Guests can also experience a whole fish presentation and off-the-menu specialties, alongside a hosted bar, signature cocktails and a live DJ as the sun sets.
