Your culinary journey starts with Patates Brava, the popular Spanish tapa of fried potatoes topped with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli, and paired with an Abadia San Campio Albarino from Spain. Then, enjoy Bluewater’s very own Seafood Paella, a savory mixture of seafood, rice, and spices, accompanied by Argentina’s Don Miguel Malbec. The cost is $55 per person.
