In the final game of the regular season on Thursday night, the boys varsity basketball team beat University City 52-46 and succeeded in tying the CHS all time win record at 27-3. They are heading into play–offs as one of the top seeds after beating UC and taking the league title.
The Islanders first playoff game in the CIF San Diego Section Division III Championship is against Vincent Memorial this Wednesday night, February 22, at CHS at 7pm.
