Those interested in learning more about immigration and the issues affecting individuals, families, and communities in the San Diego region are welcome to attend a morning forum at Christ Church on Nov. 15. The forum will explore current federal immigration actions, policies, and seek to understand how recent government actions affect people living in the San Diego region and its impact on the local community.

Christ Church will welcome Attorney Ginger Jacobs, CEO and Managing Partner of Jacobs and Schlesinger, as the guest speaker. Ms. Jacobs brings extensive experience in immigration law and is widely recognized for her work advocating for vulnerable populations, including asylum seekers, refugees, victims of violent crime, and survivors of domestic violence. Throughout her career, Ms. Jacobs has helped hundreds of individuals and families obtain immigration relief in the United States. She has represented asylum seekers from many parts of the world, including the former Soviet Union, sub-Saharan Africa, Central America, and the Middle East. Her experience provides valuable insight into the complexities of immigration law and the real-life circumstances faced by those navigating the immigration system.
