Sewall Healthy Living Center presents Sound Healing with Dawn in the Sandermann Auditorium on Wednesday, July 31.

Sound Healing:
Also called a sound bath, a deeply restorative meditation practice providing healing experiences that calm the nervous system, promote relaxation and include benefits like reducing stress and anxiety, and improve sleep through the use of musical instruments. In a comfortable position (laying down or seated), you will listen and feel vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs, which can help to balance energy.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

Doors open at 5 pm. Class begins promptly at 5:10 pm.
