The Coronado Historical Association invites you to join us on Thursday, August 18, 2022, for the next installment in the Wine & Lecture series: La Mesa’s Architectural Ties with Coronado. Join us as we invite Nikki Kreibich, Realtor Valuation Expert, and Richard Thomas Sweeney, author, to provide an interesting look at the history of the Severin Grossmont Hills neighborhood in La Mesa. You will learn about Coronado and La Mesa’s architectural ties and about the Severin family’s role in mid-century residential design.
Reception at 5:30 pm, followed by 6:00 pm lecture. Doors open at 5:20 pm.

About the Speakers:
Nikki Kreibich has over 15 years of experience appraising residential properties throughout San Diego County. The last five years of her appraisal practice has focused solely on complex and architecturally significant properties, including 30 complex appraisal assignments in the City of Coronado. Nikki continues to maintain her Certification as an Appraiser. Although no longer practicing as an appraiser, she is now a Realtor and enjoys sharing her expertise and knowledge with potential buyers and sellers.
Richard Thomas Sweeney is a local history buff whose book concentrates on the Grossmont/Severin area of La Mesa.
