Sharp Coronado Mental Health Classes: Stress Relief With Music Therapy

Sharp Coronado Hospital, Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital, and the Spreckels Center is presenting a series of presentations on mental and brain health for the Coronado community at the John D. Spreckels Center. 

On May 12, 2022, from 3 PM to 4 PM, Sharp Coronado Hospital’s Board Certified Music Therapist Haley Dipane will lead a relaxation session which will combine music with other stress reducing techniques such as breathing and progressive muscle relaxation.
