Film expert Ralph DeLauro provides a brief introduction to each film and leads a discussion afterwards\, often including pointers about how lighting or camera angles contribute to a scene’s mood or propel the story. \nAugust 3: Paperhouse (1989\, 92 min) \nBernard Rose’s striking and surreal fable blurs the line between dream and reality.  An artistic\, disillusioned girl(Charlotte Burke) immerses herself in a world of notebook illustrations. Through her feverish dreams\, she can enter this otherworld of her own creation. Co-stars Ben Cross and Glenne Headly.
