As a child and adolescent psychologist at a large children’s hospital and top-ranked large public university\, Dr. Williams has created a pediatric child and adolescent anxiety and OCD clinic\, developed an autism assessment program across five sites\, and co-authored a nationally-lauded treatment book\, The Building Blocks of Resiliency. She worked with Gender Justice Nevada\, a transgender-focused non-profit\, and helped establish Las Vegas TransPride.
