Image submitted by Francesco Da Vinci \nNonviolent activist Francesco Da Vinci\, featured in Newsweek Magazine in 1971\, displayed a banner from a motorboat in protest of the Vietnam War. On Friday\, June 10th\, at Seaforth Boat Rentals\, Da Vinci will once again take to the water and unfurl a banner – this time\, in protest of violence at home: PROTECT OUR KIDS – BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS \nDa Vinci calls on Congress to “do the right thing and protect our children.” He adds\, “Our choice is clear: either we ‘protect’ military-style assault weapons\, or we protect our children.
