Participants will leave this program with a meal plan for the week and the confidence that this plan and a few helpful tips will help ease their weekly mealtime stress \n\nGeraldi has a degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Science from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Public Health with a focus in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Hawai’i. She and her husband have three children and live in Coronado. She’s traveled the world from Teman Negara\, Malaysia to the Tatras Mountains in Slovakia. Her travels and life as a mom have taught her that when it comes to family mealtime and healthy eating habits\, what works for some families does not work for others. And her science background has proved pointless when the tantrum is about a speck of green in a meatball. She is currently working on a cookbook through Military Special Operations Family Collaborative and The Family Dinner Project. Her business\, Back at the Table\, helps families unplug\, laugh and reconnect at the table\, where she and her family are happiest (or so she tells everyone). \nPlease join Geraldi in learning to Plan as the first of her five-part series\, PUNCH.
