SUMMARY:February Spice It Up\, Coronado!
DESCRIPTION:Discover a new favorite spice or herb with the Coronado Public Library! Each month\, the library invites community members to explore different spices used in dishes around the world. Registrants will pick up the monthly spice/herb selection at the library\, cook with it\, and join other food enthusiasts to talk about what they made and their thoughts about the spice. \nFor February we will be trying the Moroccan spice blend la kama. \nThe meeting will be held\, on Zoom\, on Friday\, February 24 at 2:30 p.m. The Zoom link will be emailed the day before we meet. Once registered\, participants will receive an email about when to pick to pick up their sample of la kama and a couple of recipes.
