Youth Strength and Speed (CFC)

Parents, Need something for your kids to do for PE during Distance Learning or just need a break?  This class is designed for Students looking to: 

~ Safely and effectively build muscle and endurance

 ~ Gain Confidence 

~ Get an edge in athletics

 ~ Increase quickness, agility, and reaction time
