Plan to dress up and give your car a Halloween makeover. There will be special treats and a photo opportunity to document this Hallows’ Eve fun.
When you call in, select from two locations:
- Village Location (Highschool parking lot between E & F on 7th)
- Cays Location (Cays Park parking lot)
Times slots are assigned in 20 minute blocks between 2 and 6 pm
Come enjoy this ghoulish event prepared just for you.
Be sure to read San Diego County’s Halloween guidelines to minimize the spread of COVID-19, including a recommendation against door-to-door trick-or treating. In that regard, the City Council also decided against closing Margarita Avenue on Halloween.
