This page provides The Coronado Times staff and partners with instructions on how to post content (both posts and events). If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, please contact manager@CoronadoTimes.com.
Once you have your username and password, login to The Coronado Times here.
After you are logged in, you will have access to the following:
1. Add a post (PR, story, promotion)
2. Add an event
3. Update your profile (photo, bio, password, etc.)
To add a story (post):
b. Hover over POSTS and click ‘add new’ or this link
c. Add title, body content and select 1-2 categories that best describes your content
d. Add images/photos (at least 700px wide) by clicking on ‘media’ near title – be sure to caption your photos
e. Select “set featured image” on bottom right – this will be the promo image
f. Please always have one featured image and one top image (image should be at least 700px wide)
g. Click ‘submit for review’ button near top middle section
Editor will review and publish posts within 48 hours.
To add an event:
b. Hover over EVENTS and click ‘add new’ or this link
c. Add event details (please add one featured image – no need for top image)
d. Click ‘submit for review’ button near top middle section
Editor will review and publish events within 48 hours.
To edit your profile (photo, bio, password, etc.):
b. Hover over PROFILE and click ‘your profile’ or this link
c. Modify items and then click ‘Update Profile’ at bottom of page.
